| How to sort an item | Search for the item name in the Sorting Dictionary (分別辞典) to see how to sort it and what to be careful about. The app also explains each type of recyclables and garbage, and has FAQs and news from the city. |
| AI chatbot (from April 2026) | The app can show possible items from a photo or an item name. If no item appears, make the name shorter and search again. |
