How to say "these" in Japanese
これらこれら · korera
"These" in Japanese is usually just これ (kore) or この (kono), because Japanese doesn't mark plurals. In formal writing, これら (korera) is used.

How to use it
"These documents" is simply この資料 (kono shiryō).
To stress "all of these," say これ全部 (kore zenbu).
