What to do
| City Office & Branch Counters | Nakano City Office (4-11-19 Nakano, Phone: 03-3389-1111): Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; extended Tuesday hours until 8:00 p.m.; selected service counters open every Sunday (some services on the 3rd Sunday only) from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Anyone can freely use the kids' space on the 3rd floor. Regional Branch Offices (5 locations): Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sukoyaka Welfare Centers: Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. |
| 1. Moving Procedures (引っ越し) | Submit Notification of Moving-in (転入届) within 14 days from moving in at Resident Records Subsection (Phone: 03-3228-5500) or Regional Branch Offices. Process National Health Insurance and Child Medical Expense Certificates. |

Emergency alerts are broadcast via municipal outdoor loudspeakers and Disaster Information Emails. Check the hazard map in advance.
