How to say "go home" in Japanese
帰るかえる · kaeru
To "go home" in Japanese is 帰る (kaeru). There is no need to say "home": もう帰ります means "I'm going home now."

How to use it
When leaving the office before others, say お先に失礼します.
When you arrive home, say ただいま (tadaima), and the family replies おかえり (okaeri).
