This lesson is based on Shinjuku City Public Library guidance (新宿区立図書館「貸出期間の延長」「利用登録・借りるとき・返すとき」). - Extending loans: Books, maps, and equipment can be renewed for 2 weeks from the renewal button on My Page if within the loan period (excluding the day of checkout) and not reserved by others. - Reservation exception: If reserved by another user, "他の利用者が予約しています。" appears; however, if that reservation is on hold (取置保留) and does not prevent renewal, the renewal button will remain available. - Counter and phone: Borrowed lists and extensions can also be checked at the counter, by phone, or online.
